This is baby B's first photo! Yes, there is just one baby! One very tiny (0.3cm) little miracle. The heart beat was 103 and everything is good. They want me to come back in 2 weeks to have another scan... just to make sure they didn't miss a baby and that this 4.5cm cyst I have isn't getting bigger.

Why are you calling it baby B? is the name already decided, cause I know you don't know if it's a boy yet!
