Happy New Year!

We spent New Year's Day exactly like I wanted... lounging around. We were at our friends house for New Year's Eve. Apparently Max doesn't require a lot of sleep. In that regard he takes after his dad. Max was up well past the beginning of the new year. He did have help staying awake from the 6 other kids that were there.

We got lots of snow New Year's Eve. It is absolutely beautiful outside. Here's what we woke up to.



Max has his first ride on a sled yesterday! He thought it was pretty cool. We loaded up his sled with corn to feed the deer.
